Right before I fall asleep. Lions.

What if I was attacked by a lion while being at the edge of a cliff?

What if a tunnel collapses when I’m in the metro?

What if you are jailed for years in a small cell?

What would you do? My mind requires me to resolve these scenarios at night. It’s nice of it really, to try to protect us, the body-mind entity. We find solutions and fall asleep.

The next day is a day off work.

What do you do when you have no work to do? Panic.

Or look for situations where you can be attacked by lions at the edge of a cliff.
